Frequently Asked Questions

How do I run an event or workshop at Wild Dunedin?

If you’d like to host an event or workshop as part of the Wild Dunedin Festival, you’ll do this through Eventotron, our online event management platform. It’s simple to use and keeps all your event details, listings, and updates in one place.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to www.eventotron.com and click “Sign Up” (or “Log In” if you already have an account).

  2. Create a free Eventotron account using your email and a secure password.

  3. Once logged in, search for “Wild Dunedin” in the Festivals & Seasons section.

  4. Click “Apply” or “Add your event” to begin your submission.

  5. Fill in your event details — title, description, images, venue, dates, and any technical or accessibility info.

  6. Save your work as you go. You can return and update your listing anytime before submissions close.

If you need help using Eventotron, there are handy tutorials and FAQs on their website, or you can contact the Wild Dunedin team directly for support.
